SM Entertainment’s Girls’ Generation and JYP Entertainment’s The Wonder Girls are two of the most successful girl groups in Korea. ALLKPOP reported back in May that YG Entertainment wanted to join in on the fun with their own 4 (speculation that it’s 4) member girl group dubbed as the “Female Version of Big Bang.”
Some rumors are spreading around that this new Girl Group will release a new album on October 23rd to compete against Girls’ Generation and The Wonder Girls. The rumors don’t end there, they’re supposedly named “SISTA” and their album name is “MIRROR” with the title track named “MADNESS.” One of the members is supposed to be well known already, a YG trainee named “Park Bom.” Gong Min Ji, Sandara Park, and CL are rumored to be the other members. Not much information is known about the other members.
Park Bom has already made her music video debut in Big Bang’s We Belong Together MV. She also turned 25 this year.
